Introduction/Background Report one case of ovavian carcinoma metastasis breast mimicking the primary Methodology Case report and review literature Results Breast is an uncommon metastatic site ovarian cancer with only 0.03 – 0.6% all maglinancies. There are 110 cases documented until 2015. The rarity this circumstance can lead to insufficent diagnosis overtreatment. in our was 55-year old female. She had tumor, tumor supraclavicular lymph node. H&E images showed adenoma carcinoma. We performed IHC stain eight markers, including WT1, PAX8, P16, p53, ER, PR, Mamma-globulin Ki67. All similar results panel markers. Detailly, ER were positive negative. According these results, we concluded Conclusion Surgical pathology Immunohistochemistry play important role determining origin lesion therefore they give us precise staging. Sufficient assessment patient reasonable mangement orientation without any overzealous treatment.
